Bread Balls

This is one of my favorite appetizers!


1 cup bread dough
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic (fresh or dried)
1/4 cup oil for small pan (or 1+ cup in fryer)


Make 3 dozen dough balls about 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter
Flatten out balls and add 1/4 teaspoon of one of the above seasonings
Fold over and roll back into a ball, kneeding and spreading seasoning throughout dough ball
Cook in oil at 350 degrees F 3-4 minutes
Place on paper to drain
Serve warm with butter
